They'll ask for your vehicle's registration number and, if possible, its registration date and the relevant scheme code (as shown inside).
Your specialist will arrange for an engineer to come out to you and the incident will be monitored throughout, ensuring you receive a speedy service. If the problem can't be resolved at the roadside, you'll be able to discuss your options and arrange further services.
