WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

As a Nissan owner we consider you an A-lister. So if your vehicle becomes immobilised - or never gets started - all you need to do is call the assistance number and you'll be put straight through to a Nissan European Roadside specialist. They'll ask for your vehicle's registration number and, if possible, its registration date and the relevant scheme code (as shown inside).

Your specialist will arrange for an engineer to come out to you and the incident will be monitored throughout, ensuring you receive a speedy service. If the problem can't be resolved at the roadside, you'll be able to discuss your options and arrange further services.

Due to our commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality, you may also receive a call from Nissan following the incident. (You'll be asked if you are happy to be contacted when you call). It helps to make sure you and your car get on famously in the future.

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
