I thoroughly recommend Hamilton's Nissan near Sidmouth, Devon. I dealt with Terry Jennings, a straightforward, knowledgeable, polite and friendly sales manager, with no pressurising whatsoever. I also appreciated his total lack of 'sales patter' which had irritatingly cropped up in several garages along the way in my car search. He was patient with my queries about the financing and clear in his responses. In my follow-up call to place an order, the telephone manner of the lady on Reception, who directed my call, was impeccable. I am very excited about my imminent ownership of a new Juke, and the whole experience has been very positive.

I had an amazing professional experience with Terry Jennings at Hamiltons in Sidford with my Nissen micra enquiry. After visiting another Nissan dealer last week and came out without any sound professional help I went online to find their website. This was unbelievably helpful and after Hamiltons contacted me I made an appointment to see Mr Jennings for the following day. I was treated in a friendly and business like way and he found me a good deal and explained all the finance details clearly. I was informed of the other services that I could purchase in a clear and "not" a pushy manner. I have now ordered my vehicle with Hamiltons and I will be I informed later as to its delivery date. I am thrilled! I am very impressed with this salesman and Hamiltons of Sidford service. Thanking you.

We dealt with Mr Terry Jennings at Hamilton Garage, Sidmouth. We found Mr Jennings to be courteous, informative and, thankfully, free from the pressure salesmanship experienced at other showrooms. He provided helpful advice and treated us in a thoughtful and adult manner, in contrast to the frenzied sales approach adopted by other car salesman. A very refreshing change! He and Hamilton's come highly recommended.

Bought a used car in January 2017, having retired from another Dealer. Every experience with this garage has been brilliant from first contact to them meeting pre-agreed deadlines. The car was even delivered to me in "darkest" Cornwall without charge. The staff I have spoken to have all been polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the product they sell. What a shame ALL garages aren't this professional. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again, or recommending them.

My Micra purchase was master-minded by Tony Veasey who made it an easy, dare I say pleasant experience even parting with so much money! His handover was first rate and his run down of the controls and various other aspects first class. I am in my 96th year and find the assimilation of so much new information overwhelming. I have to say that he dealt with me in a very kind, understanding and friendly way, I could have not wished for better treatment.

We purchased a Qashqai from Mr Andy Roche, who made us feel unpressurised and very comfortable in our dealings with your company and he was a pleasure to purchase a car from. He made us feel that even after we would have taken delivery of our new car Hamiltons aftersales team would be there to look after us if we had any problem however small, this was a delight to hear and im sure is why dealing with a local garage is very important for us.

Really friendly and welcoming garage. I bought my elderly parents to test drive a car and Tony spent lots of time with us explaining everything and giving us plenty of chances to drive and get a feel for the car. We went off to Exeter to look at other cars but decided we wanted to purchase at Hamiltons after a friend rated them highly and the experience earlier that day. My parents are excited about getting their new car any week now and so far, it's been a great experience.

I found Tony Veasey extremely helpful and could answer all my questions about the car. He took interest in what I was looking for and advised me about any extras that he thought would be good for me to have but didn't push me into buying them. I found ordering my new car very easy and he said he would keep in touch as my car will not be ready until September but that is not a problem as I am not in a hurry for it. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm (I have already told several of my friends about them) as I found them extremely professional and very easy to talk to.
